Shipping, Terms & Conditions for Online Store Purchases vs. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Paul’s Furniture Low website differ from those made in-store. While in-store purchases typically feature promotional pricing, online purchases offer a wider range of affordable shipping options to accommodate customers across various regions. Please refer to the in-store receipt for applicable terms and conditions specific to those purchases.

We ship to most major cities across Canada, and delivery time frames may vary based on your location. Please read below for more information.
Local Pickup:
All local pickups are free of charge at our Richmond warehouse. However, please call or text us before you arrive to ensure your product is ready for pickup. You can select this option during checkout if you’re in the area and prefer to collect your items directly.
Local Deliveries in B.C:
Deliveries within the local zone, which includes Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Surrey, Abbotsford, and other cities in the Lower Mainland, will be processed and delivered within 1-5 business days.
Vancouver Island and Other B.C. Deliveries:
Deliveries to Vancouver Island and other areas in B.C. may take a few more days than local zones. We will call you within 24 hours of placing your order to provide you with an exact time frame. Other Provinces:
Shipping times to other provinces will depend on the carrier and trucking companies. Most out-of-province deliveries will take 3-12 days, and deliveries will typically be regular drop-offs to the driveway. We will advise you of the estimated date of delivery within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs will be displayed on the checkout page, just before the payment screen. Shipping rates vary by region, and the website provides prices based on your residential area. Please note that shipping rates may be higher for interior areas or locations outside of regular truck delivery zones. If the new fee does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full amount of your purchase, no questions asked.
